Any service provision or product purchase agreement between the User and ProMarine Innovation is concluded only after written confirmation (e.g., email, signed agreement), following a relevant offer and acceptance by the User.

- Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by Greek Law. For any disputes arising from their application or interpretation, the Courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Irrevocable Acceptance: Any revocation, termination, or suspension clause under these Terms does not affect the Company’s right to claim damages for breach.
- Severability: If any provision is deemed illegal or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The illegal clause will be replaced with a lawful, equivalent one.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the complete and final agreement between the Company and the User regarding the Website’s use. All previous oral or written agreements, proposals, or communications are hereby void and replaced.
- Language: These Terms are drafted in Greek and English. In the event of translation into another language, the Greek version prevails in case of conflict or ambiguity.
