The Promarine Innovation & Creation Park is being implemented by Promarine Yachts S.A., with subcontracting support from Promarine Shipyards and management by Promarine Shipmanagement & Co. S.A. all newly established companies backed by experienced principal shareholder Mr. Michalis Spanopoulos, co-owner of the Spanopoulos Group and partner of leading international towing firms.

The vessel is designed and certified in accordance with IACS requirements.
It must be designed for operational ease, with high and consistent performance considered a given, ensuring suitability for use in harbors and port environments.
The propulsion system, electrical equipment, and HVAC system must be tailored for operational conditions in the Mediterranean, with seawater temperatures not exceeding 35°C and maximum ambient air temperatures up to 45°C.
The company commits that all equipment will be of recognized maritime brands and/or types, conforming to and approved by IMO/class standards.
