PROTUG 42, with IMO number: 7636377, is the oldest tugboat in our company’s fleet. Built in 1977, this unique tugboat continues to provide its services to this day. Operating for nearly half a century, it can only be described as exceptionally reliable, as PROTUG 42 is capable of completing even the most challenging towing operations and tasks.

Our tugboat boasts a bollard pull of 35 tons and is equipped with an ICE RUSTON engine, specifically the 12 RK 3CM model, which fully meets the vessel’s propulsion needs, enabling it to carry out its tasks with precision and dependability, regardless of the conditions. PROTUG 42 has an overall length of 32.92 meters and a beam of 9.61 meters, while its gross internal capacity reaches 271 tons.
